A few years ago we were using a local company to provide a support services for all our telecoms, and the service was quite simply terrible. After meeting Digital Exchange I decided to use their services for telecoms maintenance and now I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
On the occasions when our systems have failed the engineers at Digital have been fast to react, ultra professional and really followed through on any problems.
We now trust Digital Exchange with all our telecoms, routing of calls, and purchasing of IT equipment. The way they provide a solution to our individual business needs is superb and the service is efficient, friendly and of a higher standard than I have ever experienced before.
I would recommend anyone to use Digital no matter what your size or need…apart from the great service you are likely to save a few pounds too!
