Derbyshire and Notts Chamber of Commerce today announces technology solutions provider Digital Exchange Ltd as its latest patron.

The company becomes the Chamber’s first and only patron operating in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.

The Chamber Patrons scheme is aimed at businesses which want to take a leading role in the local business community. Its patrons are influential and prominent organisations who share the values that drive the Chamber forward.

East Midlands Airport, Eon, Experian, Wilkinson, Imperial Tobacco and Price Waterhouse Coopers are among the Chamber’s other patrons.

A leased line is a symmetric connection connecting two or more locations. It is sometimes known as a ‘Private Circuit’ or ‘Data Line’ in the UK. Unlike traditional phone lines it does not have a telephone number, but rather each end of the leased line being permanently inter-connected to the other.
